Specialized ECUs
Individually developed ECUs for electric vehicles and machines, equipped with all safety functions for operation in 400V and 800V vehicle electrical systems.

Precisely fitting Low Voltage Distribution Unit (LVDU)
The LVDU, which is individually matched to the LV wiring harness, integrates fuses and relays, avoids splitting cables and thus simplifies the entire cabling.

Individual battery management systems (BMS)
For 400V and 800V traction batteries including safety features. Allows easy adaptation to new cell types as well as model-based SoC and SoC calculation.
Tailor-made electronics solutions for your mobile machines.
We develop both passive and active electronics and thus offer you a holistic solution for your vehicle – including the necessary software and possible mechanical integration into a component.
Our passive PCBs facilitate and simplify the E/E integration of the low-voltage system of electric powertrains. They combine signal distribution and power protection on a single circuit board, thereby reducing both the wiring effort and the susceptibility of the wiring harness to faults.
Intelligent control electronics for demanding applications
The core of our active PCBs consists of a microprocessor that is operated with our standardized software. By using our software libraries, secure and validated software for the electronics can be created in the shortest possible time. On request, the software can also be developed jointly as a whitebox model or completely taken over by the customer. The combination of a powerful processor family and our software libraries enables the rapid implementation of highly complex calculation and control tasks.
